Subsequently Dan has been working as a consultant for LLM solicitors and works primarily for the firm throughout the course of the month representing the firm's clients in the police station.

Dan joined the profession at the age of 17 and worked for many years at a local criminal defence practice based on the Wirral, from where he originates. However, in 2018 Dan took the bold decision to begin working independently as a police station representative to support firms who were unable to represent their own clients. It was in this capacity that Dan came to James's attention in 2022 for the notably high standard of work that he discharged whilst representing in the police station.
