Emily has grown within the firm and has become a central figure in ensuring standards are maintained both in terms of her organisational responsibilities on a day-to-day basis but also evolving into working alongside Alison to ensure wider quality is ensured.

Emily is the firm's assistant practice manager. She was recruited to the firm from outside the industry in 2022 having come to James's attention through her obvious organisational skills and empathy with those facing difficult decisions.
